What is pelvic floor Physical Therapy?

Pelvic floor physical therapy is a non-surgical approach related to treating the muscles that support the pelvis. These muscles play a role in urinary, bowel, and sexual function. They also contribute to the stability of the pelvis, spine, and hips.

Pelvic floor PT in combination with routine treatment has been shown to provide significant benefits in reduction of pain and disability compared to standard treatment alone!
