High school runners often train more and race harder than ever, yet many are never taught how to run efficiently. Small breakdowns in form can add up over time, increasing injury risk and limiting performance.

This clinic focuses on building strong movement habits early, before inefficient patterns become ingrained. Athletes will learn how proper mechanics support injury prevention, efficiency, and long-term development—not just short-term speed.

By connecting running form, drills, and basic strength movements, athletes gain a clearer understanding of how to move well, train smarter, and feel more confident both on the track and in the gym. This is taught both by a Physical Therapist who is also a coach and runner.

What:

This is a youth focused clinic, those in 8th grade through Seniors in high school are welcome.

We will cover the following topics:

Arm Swing and carry

Knee Drive
Core Control
Leg Swing
Foot Strike Position
and more….

This is an active event, expect to practice and leave with tools to keep working on these things!

The cost is $25 before 1/9 then goes up to $35 till the day before the event. There is no day of registration.
